Lenny Kravitz makes his followers ‘swoon’ with shirtless pic: 'Can’t get over the fact that this guy is 56'

Lenny Kravitz is looking like a whole snack — while having one himself.
The 56-year-old singer shared a picture of his toned abs as he cut into a fresh coconut. Making the scene even more inviting? The palm trees in the background.
Celebrity friends and fans were in awe of Kravitz's physique.
"Why isn’t there a swoon emoji?" actress Karyn Parsons wondered.
"My goal is to be like you," Jaden Smith admitted.
"How you still look like this?" a fan asked.
"Can’t get over the fact that this guy is 56," someone wrote.
"Thanks for the new screen saver!" one person added.
Kravitz, who resides in the Bahamas, does not regularly share glimpses of his amazing body on his social media, but he has been open about how he stays fit at 56. In an interview with Men's Health last year, he attributed this to being vegan and eating fresh fruits that he grows himself.
“I’m very careful about what I put into my body and how I take care of my body. It’s a combination of eating all these things and working out and keeping my muscles and my joints in shape, so that I can do what I do,” he said.
He added that island life also had a hand in his regimen: "I’d rather be outside and in nature than being cooped up inside a gym.”
