Lebanon County hair salon gave free haircuts to kids

(WHTM) — Monday’s hometown heroes “made the cut” with families this past weekend.

Millard’s Salon and Spa in Annville offered free haircuts to all kids in Lebanon County.

The salon hasn’t officially opened yet but the owner says he wanted to do something to help out the community.
