The pot, which is also known as a Dutch Oven, can withstand temperatures of up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, so you can sear a roast before slow-cooking it, all in the same vessel. The colorful exterior is enameled to the cast-iron, so you don’t have to worry about it chipping or cracking under pressure.
