You probably know Le Creuset for its brightly colored, enameled cast-iron cookware, from pastel purple Dutch ovens to bright orange grill pans. However, the brand recently released a new neutral color ahead of the holiday season inspired by a favorite dessert.

The new color, called Ganache, is a gorgeous deep brown. Ganache IRL is a mixture of chocolate and cream used to glaze cakes and fill pastries — and it’s also the sweet, creamy filling inside truffle candies. (Maybe you’ve heard your favorite bakers talk about it on The Great British Baking Show.) It’s rich, and it’s decadent — just like this new cookware color. Le Creuset’s Ganache shade even has a velvety sheen like the sweet treat.

In addition to Ganache, Le Creuset has been busy launching new shades of cookware ahead of the holiday season. Last month, the brand released a deep red wine color called Rhone that’s accented with pretty gold knobs. And in September, the brand released Nutmeg, a neutral ombré shade that’s slightly gray, almost taupe. Both complement Ganache really well, so ideally, you could mix and match the new cookware this winter season.

Add to your collection by shopping Le Creuset’s Ganache cookware on the brand’s website, in its stores or at Williams Sonoma. In fact, the latter has a few exclusive pieces. You can score the Signature Deep Saute Pan, Signature Soup Pot, Signature French Oven and Rectangular Skinny Grill Pan only at Williams Sonoma.

Prices range from $175 to $460, no matter where you shop. But right now, if you shop on Le Creuset’s website, you’ll get free ground shipping on orders over $99, plus a free petite salt-and-pepper mill set when you spend $250 or more and use the code THANKSGIVING at checkout.
