After a long and dreary winter, the official first day of spring is just days away. I, however, have been in a spring state of mind for weeks now — not just because of the changing weather, but because brands have been putting out stunning seasonal collections. From Pottery Barn’s latest Easter line to Williams Sonoma’s garden-inspired tableware, you can get into the festive mood right now by giving your kitchen a spring-themed refresh.

Thus far, though, no spring offerings hold a candle to those from editor-loved cookware brand Le Creuset. After dropping a ton of flower-shaped items earlier this month, the retailer just added a trendy new color to their lineup, too. While the color has been sold in other countries, this is the first time that U.S. shoppers can get their hands on the herb-inspired Sage hue — and several items in the collection are already on sale. Keep reading for the details!

In addition to their high durability, long lifespans, and excellent performance, Le Creuset is known for their eye-catching colors. Sage is perfectly suited for the upcoming season, with its cool and refreshing tone, and is versatile enough to be paired with other colors. Over two dozen items now come in the shade, including their discounted Wide Round Oven. Spacious enough to feed up to seven people, it’s crafted with the brand’s signature enameled cast iron, which is a quick and even heat distributor and prevents sticking and staining.

If you’re not looking to make such a hefty investment, you can opt for some adorable (and affordably priced) mini cocottes. They have no shortage of uses, according to our senior commerce editor, Ian. “Personally, what struck me about these pieces (besides the unbeatable price) was their versatility,” he wrote in his review. They can function as anything from mini soup bowls to cereal bowls and can be used to whip up small desserts.
