If you’re as big of a snacking fan as I am (and, truthfully, it’s hard to imagine someone who isn’t), then you know that any day Lay’s launches a new product, it’s like Christmas. But, on the flip side, that basically inevitable day that you go to the store and find your favorite limited-time product has finally run out hurts as bad as a breakup.

So is the snack fanatic’s emotional rollercoaster—but it also makes a returning product that much sweeter, like with the beloved Lay’s All-Dressed and the hilariously viral Funyuns-flavored chips.

Now, Lay’s has announced it’s bringing back a flavor that combines the best of fall comfort foods. Because we all know a Lay’s potato chip is delicious alongside a sandwich, but what if it actually tasted like the sandwich itself?

Yes, we are talking about Lay’s Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup chips, which taste like the classic sandwich and soup pairing.

This flavor originally appeared on shelves in 2019 for a limited few-month release. It was met with praise from fans, but because it was a limited-edition flavor, it didn’t stick around for very long. Now, Lay’s is bringing the flavor back for a limited time—but there’s a pretty big caveat.

How To Try Lay’s Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Chips

The flavor will return for National Sandwich Day, which is on November 3, but also starting on November 3 is BravoCon—a convention to celebrate everything from Bravo and its many series, like “The Real Housewives,” “Vanderpump Rules,” and “Below Deck.”

Lay’s Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup chips will be available at BravoCon in Las Vegas as part of a pop-up with “Vanderpump Rules” stars Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney and their sandwich shop Something About Her.

Fans at BravoCon from November 3 to 5 can stop by and try the limited-edition flavor—plus enjoy a few Lay’s-inspired appetizers and cocktails.

Unfortunately, the chips will not be available at retailers—but even if you’re not going to BravoCon, there’s still a chance for you to get your hands on the Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup chips. You can enter to win a Lay’s x Something About Her kit, which includes the chips in a special Something About Her bag, a recipe book inspired by the sandwich shop, and a cutout of Lay’s BravoCon pop-up. The giveaway will be held on Lay’s Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) accounts during BravoCon.

Lay’s hasn’t said how many bags of chips it’s giving away, so hopefully, you have a good chance of winning one. And, maybe, if the flavor goes over well with the Bravoholics in Vegas, Lay’s will bring them back to stores nationwide. Wishful thinking, people!
