Dun-dun! Listen up, Law & Order: SVU fans, because Olivia Benson herself just dropped some iconic news.

Actress and advocate Mariska Hargitay, who plays Captain Olivia Benson on the NBC procedural drama, is know for her real-life commitment to amplifying survivors' stories. She founded the Joyful Heart Foundation in 2004 to help encourage healing through education, conversation and the pursuit of justice.

"I am proud to stand with survivors, advocates and members of the criminal justice community to send a powerful message to other survivors: 'We hear you. You have suffered enough. Your healing—and pursuit of justice—are our priorities,'" reads Mariska's message on the foundation's website.

As SVU marks its 25th anniversary, the show is celebrating in a number of ways, including with a free fan experience in New York City taking place on March 14 and 15. NBC's Rockefeller Plaza has temporarily been transformed into "Olivia Benson Plaza" for the special event, which promises exciting opportunities and exclusive merchandise for fans.

Of course, if you don't live in NYC, you may feel left out of the festivities — but never fear. As Mariska shared on Instagram, her limited-edition friendship bracelets are available to shop online right now.

The Law & Order: SVU x Little Words Project (LWP) collaboration is currently live on the LWP site. Even better, for all purchases made now through March 15, 25% of the proceeds will benefit the Joyful Heart Foundation.

When fans caught wind of Mariska's exciting announcement, they rushed to support her in the comments.
