Isaac Rochell of the Las Vegas Raiders and Allison Kucharczyk (Kuch) have been together since college, and now they're expecting a daughter together. How did Isaac Rochell and Allison Kuch meet?

Isaac went to college and played football at Notre Dame, while Allison studied at Michigan State. They discussed how they met on their podcast, The Babe and the Braids. The two first met in December 2014. Isaac went to a very conservative high school and did not go out or go to parties very often. He was hosting Notre Dame football recruits and took them to a party where he met Allison. Allison was visiting Notre Dame with her sister, who was dating Notre Dame player Ronnie Stanley, and ended up at the same party. Alison said, "I was hoping I was going to meet my soulmate."

Isaac talked about the first time he met Allison: "I saw this super tall, pretty white girl who had a crop top on and Timberlands, and I was in a weird phase where I was really big into flannels and Tims too. I hadn't seen anybody with Tims in a while, and here this beautiful white girl is wearing Tims."

Allison explained, "Isaac had absolutely zero game." They had a long conversation about "love, past relationships, about past experiences." Isaac took her number, and shortly after they went on their first date.

When did Isaac and Allison get married?

The couple spent some time long-distance and even separated at one point before Isaac proposed to Allison in July 2020. Allison explained that the proposal was not a surprise. She said, "To be honest, I’ve known I was going to marry Isaac since the day I met him, 5 and a half years ago at Notre Dame." The two tied the knot in April 2021, but they had actually eloped months before in December 2020 without telling anyone.

What team does Isaac play for?

Isaac is a defensive end in the NFL. After playing for Notre Dame in college, Isaac was drafted by the Los Angeles Chargers in the seventh round of the 2017 draft. After four seasons with the Chargers, he played for the Indianapolis Colts and the Cleveland Browns before being traded to the Las Vegas Raiders. He began the 2023 season on the Raiders' practice squad before being upgraded to the 53-man roster after signing a $1,080,000, one-year contract.
