Las Doñas de la Corte announces their Duchesses for the 2024 Coronation

Las Doñas de la Corte President Mrs. Duane Herbst announced last month that 21 duchesses will be presented at the 70th annual Buccaneer Days Coronation.

“The Court of Texas Beauty and Splendor” will be held Thursday, May 2, 2024, at the American Bank Center Selena Auditorium, the organization said in a news release..

Local Duchesses

Ava Catherine Bell is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Patrick Bell, Jr.  Miss Bell, a graduate of W.B. Ray High School, attends Texas A&M University where she studies Telecommunications.  She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.

Hannah Elizabeth Cazalas is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Timothy Jay Cazalas.  Miss Cazalas, a graduate of London High School, attends Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi where she studies Nursing.
