Lana Condor and Noah Centineo Reunite at 2019 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards

It’s a widely-known fact that Noah Centineo and Lana Condor are one of the cutest on-screen couples of our time. And the stars of Netflix’s breakout hit To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before aren’t just adorable in their respective roles, their IRL friendship is super-sweet as well, as they recently demonstrated at the 2019 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.

Noah and Lana walked the red carpet together at Los Angeles’s Galen Center on Saturday, March 24, where they took time to pose for some aww-worthy pics. In one shot, Lana is seen resting her head on Noah’s shoulder while he grins at the camera; another depicts the actor planting a friendly smooch on the top of Lana’s head. The pics definitely showcase the stars’ height difference — a fact that Noah cleverly hid during his TATB audition, which led to the stylish platform shoes we saw Lara Jean Covey wearing throughout the movie.

Later in the evening, Lana and Noah shared an excited hug after he won the Favorite Movie Actor award for his portrayal of Peter Kavinsky. To make the moment even more special, Lana presented Noah with his orange KCA blimp, alongside actor Shameik Moore.

Despite their apparent chemistry, Noah and Lana are just friends. In fact, the two created an IRL no-dating contract before filming TATB. “We kind of did what we do in To All the Boys the movie, we made a contract and set boundaries,” Lana said of their pact, noting that the two actors needed to be “best friend professionals” in order for the movie to succeed. “I’m so happy that we did that because the movie turned out great and now we’re doing a sequel.”

Speaking of the sequel; Noah recently teased that he was about to begin filming TATB 2, which will include several supporting cast members from the original movie. But there’s at least one big possible change for the upcoming installment; if Lana gets her way, we might see Lara Jean sans scrunchie.

“She wears her hair up when she's insecure,” Lana said of her character in an interview with Refinery29. “So I'd tell her to wear her hair down more. I'd be like, 'Girl, put your hair down. Live your life!”
