Lady Gaga’s fashion philosophy—the more bizarre the better—is out in full force on her already-famous Chromatica Ball Tour.

She performed "Shallow" while dressed as a bug because, Gaga. And now, she has treated concertgoers to another fabulous 'fit that really goes above and beyond to highlight her toned legs and booty.

Gaga, 36, took the stage in Los Angeles wearing a skin-tight bodysuit, fishnets, and knee-high boots. Gaga’s legs are super strong as she basically does a quick yoga pose while belting her heart out and playing her piano. If you don't love this rockstar, I have serious questions.

Gaga dedicates a lot of time to make sure she is in top shape ahead of her tours. And her flexible moves on stage should come as no surprise, since Gaga has actually been practicing yoga since 2004. She picked up the practice while studying at New York University, according to the New York Times.

Gaga says yoga helps keep her booty and legs toned—and by the looks of this handstand, her core is pretty darn strong, too!

Gaga also makes sure to include cardio into her routine by playing tennis, rock climbing and horseback riding.

She also likes swimming laps in the pool. Imagine looking as glam as Gaga while getting a pool workout in.

To prep for all her choreography, the pop icon also told Good Morning America that she uses a VersaClimber while singing her hits.

Gaga takes her recovery just as seriously as she takes her workouts. “Post show routine: ice bath for 5-10 min, hot bath for 20, then compression suit packed with ice packs for 20,” she captioned a post from after one of her Las Vegas show.

In 2019, Gaga's trainer Harley Pasternak told Shape that she follows his "5-Factor World Diet." This means Lady Gaga enjoys five five-ingredient meals per day (plus, each recipe takes just five minutes to prepare). Basically, each meal must contain five food groups.

Gaga's tour chef, Bo O'Connor, told Self that a typical lunch or dinner for the star includes "something like quinoa with black beans, grilled shrimp, beautiful veggies.”

“We want it to be healthy, tasty, filling, nutritious, and full of fiber,” Bo added.

And, of course, our girl loves a good cocktail!
