Lady Gaga knows how to bring it on the red carpet so, naturally, Mother Monster showed up at the Oscars in a totally unexpected (and perfectly on-brand) outfit.

The 36-year-old star rocked a corseted, see-through Versace gown that clearly displayed a peek of her sculpted abs and arms. Then, as she turned around, Gaga’s dress boasted a dropped waistline that showed off a glimpse of her toned booty. And while Gaga wowed in the look on the red carpet, she later changed into a more casual jeans and a T-shirt 'fit to perform her Oscar-nominated song "Hold My Hand" from Top Gun: Maverick.

While Gaga didn’t post about her look on Instagram, Versace did…and people bugged out. “OH MY GAGA 😍🔥,” one wrote, while another said, “I c o n i c 😩💖.”

Okay, so what does Gaga do to get so darn strong? While her ‘grams are mostly photos and videos of herself glammed out, she’s definitely made it clear that she’s active in her day-to-day life. There’s Gaga on the tennis court, and getting ready to dive into a pool in Vegas.

She’s also a talented yoga practitioner, whipping out a headstand move in a gym like it’s no bother at all—and by the way, this move requires some serious core strength. (FWIW, Gaga has been practicing yoga since 2004—it’s something she started doing when she went to New York University for college, according to the New York Times.)

Gaga is an avid equestrian, too—a sport that’s a total thigh and booty burner.

On the food front, Gaga is “really disciplined,” about what she eats, especially when she’s on tour, according to The New Potato. She has her personal chef, Bo O’Connor, travel with her, and likes to have meals like gluten-free pastas and dishes that are loaded with vegetables and quinoa.

O'Connor told The Feast that Gaga is big on breakfast, which is usually “some type of eggs or egg whites—definitely vegetables, a lot of vegetables—and sometimes Greek yogurt or different types of fruit, or healthy granola.”
