Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky Are So in Love, but They're Not Getting Engaged Just Yet

Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky are in it for the long haul, but don't expect them to get engaged just yet.

A source for Entertainment Tonight explained that Gaga is clearly smitten in her relationship but that she wants to focus on her career and is simply happy to have Polansky by her side during major moments in her life.

"They haven't been talking about engagement or marriage yet," said the source. "Friends don't think that will happen any time soon. She's very busy with her career and is not thinking about long term plans right now, but she loves having him by her side. She was in a great mood at the inauguration and happy that Michael was there with her for that experience."

According to the source, not only is Gaga madly in love with her entrepreneur beau, but her close family and friends highly approve of him as well.

"Everyone really loves Michael, and Lady Gaga is very happy with him," said the source. "He's different than other guys she's dated in the past because he's very outwardly endearing and loving and has an old-school gentleman vibe about him."

The source added that Polansky "truly courts" the pop star, much to her approval.

"She loves manly men who take the lead and Michael is definitely that," the source said. "She feels like a princess in their relationship. She has been somewhat private about their relationship and wants to protect it."
