Lady Gaga is about as iconic as celebrities get. Between her legendary voice, unique stage presence, and her wild costumes, Lady Gaga knows how to keep her fans engaged. It's no surprise that she's toned from head to toe while dancing across the stage in new photos from her recent tour.

The Chromatica Ball, Lady Gaga's summer stadium tour, started last night in Düsseldorf. She will perform 20 shows before the tour's conclusion on September 17.

In photos from the opening night, the House of Gucci star shows off her mega-sculpted booty and ultra-defined legs while clad in an all-leather 'fit. The 36-year-old singer's strong abs are also on full display while going topless in a red costume on stage.

Wondering how this celeb stays so strong?

It's pretty obvious that she works on toning her abs. While her on-stage performances act as her cardio sessions, she focuses on strength training with her trainer Harley Pasternak to target her core.

Paternak told Us Weekly that they primarily focus on 35-minute resistance training workouts that strengthen her abs. Bicycle crunches are one of the star's favorite exercises, and she shoots for six sets of 20 reps to work these muscles from every direction, her trainer said.

Her love of yoga also helps with the six-pack she's flaunting on stage. Lady Gaga has shared plenty of BTS looks at her yoga practice with her followers on Instagram.

And on top of all that, she also does Pilates. This flexibility-increasing and core-strengthening workout is popular among dancers looking to tone their full body. Look at that pointed toe!

Lady Gaga takes her recovery time seriously to help ward off injuries. After every show, she takes an ice bath for 5-10 minutes, a hot bath for 20 minutes, and then wears a compression suit packed with ice packs for another 20 minutes, according to her Instagram.

That recovery process sounds both painful and therapeutic to me! No wonder she's such a stellar performer when she takes such good care of her body.

Keep rocking, Gaga!
