Lachlan Blair Checks In After Month-Long Hospital Stay In Cyprus

In February, Lachlan Blair had a nightmare situation when attending a downhill race on the Mediterranean island nation of Cyprus. He had a freak crash on the wet course and broke his leg.

Unfortunately, there were complications from the injury and Blair had to spend nearly a month in a Cyprus hospital. Watch his vlog of the experience below.

In this video, Blair showed his POV of his race run before vlogging through his many surgeries. The track was made slick with the rainfall and he took a hard fall unfortunately shattered his leg.

He was fighting compartment syndrome, a swelling that hinders blood flow to his muscles. The complication kept him in the hospital for 27 days. Read his written account of the stay below.
