It’s generally believed that millennials are simply not buying homes. With up to a third of the generation still living at home and 65 percent renting apartments, buying a home has millennials saying, “Not in this economy, honey.”

That was until Los Angeles real estate agent Veronica Recinos’s inspirational Instagram and Twitter videos started making their rounds.

The confidence she has as she takes one sip of wine and then smashes the glass on the sidewalk screams, “Buy a home from me! You won’t regret it!”

Honestly? I trust her with my life. Sadly, I haven’t had a savings account since my grandma passed away in the third grade. I bought a stereo.

Is it time to invest in some real estate? It could be a very smart move, but it wouldn’t hurt to have a pro helping you out along the way.

This woman deserves an Oscar and the California Distinguished Realtor Award, OK?!

The pure energy Veronica gives off in her videos shows how dedicated she is to her job. It says: I’m not going to take you to a roach-infested duplex. I’m going to show you the nicest house that you can afford in your budget and I’m going to try to talk the sellers down a few thousand.

Unless you are the seller, in which case she’s going to find you multiple interested buyers and get you a few thousand more. Don’t ask her how this magic works. To Veronica, it just does.
