The Kardashians are on vacation together at Lake Tahoe. Per E! News, the entire family rented an estate where they are spending time with each other. This getaway was apparently not just a casual gathering; they filmed Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

"The Kardashians spent three nights at Edgewood Tahoe filming for the show," a source told E!. "They had some of the kids with them and they all played outside and sat by the fire and roasted marshmallows. They also went ice skating on a private rink. They enjoyed a hot chocolate bar and had a big fireworks show over the lake at night."

And while the Kardashian-Jenner crew is having fun in the mountains, there California Gov. Gavin Newsom issued a regional stay-at-home order that effects the Los Angeles area.

"The bottom line is, if we don’t act now, our hospital system will be overwhelmed," Newsom said. "If we don't act now, we’ll continue to see our death rate climb, more lives lost."

So, no, the Kardashians should probably not be traveling right now, especially because, even before Thursday, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) told Californians not to gather with multiple households. They also gathered on Thanksgiving, where they seemed to break that rule at a celebration at Kris Jenner's house.

Anyway, here are Kylie Kardashian's photos from the family getaway:

Following Kendall Jenner's 25th Halloween birthday party, Kris came to her family's defense after backlash about COVID safety.

"At Kendall's, everyone got tested before they walked in the door and they had to wait a half an hour until...the results were in," she told Andy Cohen during an episode of Radio Andy. "So we are really responsible, and we make sure that everyone in our family and our closest friends are tested religiously."
