Kyra Sedgwick is just like us!

The Closer actress, 57, took to her Instagram Sunday, April 23, to share how she deals with the Sunday scaries, and we all should be taking notes!

The photo showcased the actress indulging in an ice cream cone, which she enjoyed in what appeared to be an ice cream shop. She ate some of the frozen treat, holding onto the cone containing two scoops with an additional piece of waffle cone sticking out of the top.

Sedgwick appeared to be makeup free for her ice cream excursion and was dressed in a black jacket with a red shirt underneath. She paired the look with reading glasses.

"This edition of the #SundaySaddies brought to you by me and my long time loyal friend, Ice Cream Cone.#Besties," Sedgwick quipped in the caption.

"Don’t forget to share yours with me!" she added.

Many fans took to the comments to share how they're dealing with their own Sunday scaries, including one fan who wrote, "The sun is shining and I’m going to paint. 😊"

"A walk with a friend later and cracking through my to-do list! I may get some ice cream, too. That seems a good idea," another shared.

"I have an equally long and beautiful relationship with Cheesecake. 😋😁," someone else quipped.

Sedgwick started her "Sunday Saddies" series on Instagram last week, where she shared a video of herself explaining what the series entails.

"Remember when you were a kid, you had the weekend, Friday came and it was like, amazing," she said in the video as she took a walk around her neighborhood. "All of this possibility for Friday. It was going to be a perfect weekend, Saturday was pretty good and then Sunday you wake up and you know it's the end of the weekend, have to go back to school on Monday, probably didn't finish your homework."

She continued, "Just not feeling that great about yourself. Wasn't the best weekend that you kinda thought it would be. This is what I call the 'Sunday saddies.'"

"Even in my old age, I continue to feel the Sunday saddies. So there are a bunch of things that I do to try and combat the Sunday saddies, including the things I'm going to show you today," she said in the clip.

She proceeded to list off things like, going on walks, putting a record on, dancing, and, of course, enjoying some ice cream!
