Kylie and Kendall Jenner Just Debuted the Coolest Matching French Manicures

Here's the lowdown on how to subscribe to Allure's print edition for more beauty routines, recommendations, and features.

Earlier this summer, Kendall Jenner revealed that her favorite type of manicure to get is a barely-there nude look, which is quite the opposite of her younger sister Kylie Jenner, who tends to go for out-of-the-box designs and nail-art galore. This week though, the sisters had their nails done together, and it appears Kylie managed to convince Kendall to break out of her comfort zone a bit.

Case in point: While they both got French manicures, Kendall ended up going for neon-blue tips, while Kylie went with the traditional white-tipped style that's definitely on the more subdued side. Naturally, Kylie was the one to reveal their nearly-matching manicures. The makeup mogul posted a cute video clip on her Instagram Story in which the duo are both admiring their freshly done digits, and she tagged their go-to nail joint, Modern Pamper Salon in North Hollywood, as well as her sis.

Tip color aside, their manicures are more or less identical — even the square shape and the medium-short length are the same. Still, it's refreshing to see Kendall try such a fun and eye-catching nail look, as we're not accustomed to seeing that style on the supermodel. It's worth noting that she may have been inspired by her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, who experimented with the neon French manicure trend last month with a rad rainbow look.

Regardless of the reason, we just love to see Kendall spicing up her nail-art game — not to mention going to get manicures with her sister, which they don't seem to do on a regular basis.

Now, excuse me while I go attempt to master this neon-blue French manicure, stat. It couldn't be more perfect for summer.
