Kylie Jenner's 22nd-Birthday Celebration: All the Details

Happy birthday to you, Kylie Jenner!

The makeup mogul celebrated her 22nd trip around the sun on Saturday, August 10, in the most epic way ever: with a luxury yacht trip in Italy, surrounded by many of her closest friends and family, including her daughter, Stormi Webster. Would you expect anything less from Kylie, the queen of over-the-top parties?

We had our eyes glued to the festivities all weekend and rounded up some of the most fabulous moments from Kylie’s big day. Check out her birthday serenade from Stormi, the spectacular gift she got from her boyfriend Travis Scott, and, of course, a little Kris Jenner action.

THE GIFTS

After filling her house with roses, Travis gave Kylie an incredible — and meaningful — 22nd-birthday gift: a diamond necklace featuring the Kylie Cosmetics “dripping lips” logo. Kylie dropped her much-anticipated birthday collection on her birthday, so it was perfect timing. E! News estimates the bling probably cost between $375,000 to $500,000. Nice work, Travis!

THE LOOKS

The theme for Kylie’s 22nd-birthday 'fits was definitely “the more feathers, the better.” She posted a celebratory pic in a hot-pink feathered minidress and later changed into a long white feathered gown for her birthday dinner. The dress had caused some commotion earlier in the week when it was spotted getting loaded onto her jet, because it does look a lot like a wedding dress. But now we know what its real purpose was: a fabulous, feathered birthday gown. Toward the end of the night, however, Kylie changed into a custom T-shirt and sweats, because that’s the kind of comfort you deserve on your birthday.

The Italian birthday jaunt continues as Kylie has also shared a pic of her in a white, pinstripe linen dress with a white Jacquemus fanny pack while another post shows her wearing a vibrant patterned Dior bikini with oversized sunglasses and big hoop earrings.

THE GUESTS

Kylie’s BFF Stassie was along for the trip and posted a pic of her party look to Instagram. “Happy birthday to my twin till the end. I love you in this life and the next,” she wrote to Kylie in a separate post. Travis was there, of course; he called Kylie a “superhuman” in his sweet Instagram tribute. Kylie’s pal Sofia Richie and her boyfriend Scott Disick were also in attendance, though most of Kylie’s fam wasn’t able to make it.

But one Kardashian VIP was certainly at the party: Kylie’s mom(ager), the one and only Kris Jenner. The morning of Kylie’s birthday, she brought the looks in a yellow caftan, and brought the party that evening in leopard print. “You are truly an old soul and such an inspiration to everyone. Your creativity, generosity and huge heart is truly remarkable! You are an angel girl and I love you more than you will ever know,” Kris wrote of her youngest in an Instagram tribute. Mom goals, for sure.

THE CUTEST MOMENT

While Kylie’s birthday celebration looked amazing (and we’re jealous we weren’t invited), it was the birthday serenade from Stormi that stole our hearts. Kylie posted a video of herself and Stormi singing “Happy Birthday,” and we almost passed out from the cuteness. Stormi does have music in her genes, after all. While Kylie’s birthday looked like the best time ever, we have a feeling Stormi's serenade was her favorite part of the big day.
