Kylie JennerWhite tennis shoes have seen plenty of upgrades in their time. There are slip-ons! There are ones with gum soles! There are ultra-simple options that stand the test of time! There are ones with über-chunky soles that scream Spice Girls (hey, I’m a '90s baby — sue me!). The options are endless, and while every style is inherently timeless, some reign above the rest — TBD for how long. And right now, in the white sneaker world, it’s the court shoe that’s getting everyone’s attention.
Don’t just take it from me: Celebrities have been wearing the court sneaker like it’s nobody’s business. In fact, Kylie Jenner is the latest A-lister to take the silhouette out for a spin — not on the court but at her (probably) personal home gym, looking sporty-chic to a T.
The makeup mogul sweated it out in an Alo Yoga activewear set that consisted of the brand’s ultra-famous Airbrush duo: the high-waist Heart Throb Leggings and coordinating Heart Throb Bra. Both of which are still available and total must-buys, not only because they’re Jenner-worn, but also because they’re ultra flattering, designed in Alo’s signature airbrush fabric that’s buttery-soft yet compressive. Plus, this particular set features contrast stitching that creates the illusion of a more boosted butt. Love!
Activewear set aside, Jenner’s shoes are what really caught my attention. To no surprise, her optic white kicks are also from Alo. She wore the Alo x 01 Classic Sneaker, which Nina Dobrev wore just a few days prior. Clearly, this kick has some buzz — and for good reason. It’s a spot-on court shoe, with its sporty exterior that could easily be worn on the basketball court (hence its name). But it’s also incredibly comfy; just look at its DNA.

The Alo sneakers, which are unisex, are made from recycled vegan leather that’s good for the earth. They also have a padded collar for extra comfort (we’ve all had to deal with that heel rub), a recovery-foam insole that supports all key pressure points in the knees, hips, joints, and back, and a durable outer sole for balance and support. Sounds pretty good, right? Right. Plus, the brand says they’re designed to last three times longer than other kicks on the market, and honestly, I’m intrigued. I wear white sneakers more than anything else, but I notice wear and tear on some styles pretty quickly. It seems these won’t show as fast, so you can best bet I’m adding these to my collection.
