Kylie Jenner Showed Her Stretch Marks on Instagram Stories
Kylie Jenner is getting real on Instagram Stories. The beauty mogul and social media star, who is known for her perfectly done-up selfies, recently showed off her stretch marks in a snap, and fans are praising her for not editing them away.
Kylie has been spending a lot of time by her pool while isolating, showing off her seemingly endless collection of swimwear and enjoying the California sunshine. Now, a series of selfie videos, which she posted to Instagram Stories, revealed that Kylie has a faint grouping of stretch marks on her breasts. Stretch marks often form when the skin is stretched too quickly, and are often a common result of weight changes or pregnancy.
Even if she was wearing a filter (the “Stormi Butterfly” one never leaves Ky’s side after all), many fans found Kylie's unedited post refreshing and took to Twitter to share their feelings. Some even revealed that seeing Kylie's stretch marks made them feel better about their own. "I finally like a normal human after seeing that @KylieJenner also has boob stretch marks!" a fan wrote. "@KylieJenner showing her boobs’ stretch marks and having no issue with it!!! You go girl," tweeted another.
"Kylie showing her stretch marks on IG stories. That’s a nice change for the Kardashian/Jenner family," a third one tweeted. "Kylie Jenner has stretch marks on her boobies, and idk why but this makes me feel like it’s okay that I too have stretch marks," someone finally added.
Kylie has talked about her stretch marks before, discussing the changes her body went through after the birth of her daughter Stormi in a YouTube video. "I have stretch marks on my boobs," she said. "My stomach isn't the same, my waist isn't the same, my butt's bigger, my thighs are bigger." According to People, Kylie once called her stretch marks "a little gift from Stormi" in an Instagram Q&A session and, honestly, that’s adorable.
We love it when our favorite celebrities show off their more honest and relatable side. Stretch marks are normal and beautiful — and it's clear that Kylie agrees!
