Kylie Jenner revealed her son's new name over the weekend, following 11 months of keeping it a secret from the public.

When the baby boy was born in early 2022, Jenner and her kids' father, Travis Scott, announced he was named Wolf. But soon, they made a retraction, saying they didn't think the name fit his personality.

In a post Saturday, Jenner finally shared her infant's face and disclosed his new official name: "AIRE 🤍," she shared.

This led to some questions about pronunciation, with a fan account sharing the pictures of Aire and asking in the caption, "Do you think it's pronounced air or airey?"

Jenner saw the post and commented "AIR" with a red heart emoji.

In September, Jenner said on The Late Late Show with James Cordon that the family was using a new name, but had decided to wait on an announcement—and on making it legal.

"We haven't officially legally changed the name," she said. "His name is still Wolf. His passport's Wolf, but that isn't gonna be his name. We're just waiting."

Jenner and Scott share another child, four-year-old Stormi Webster. Though they continue to co-parent, it was reported that the couple split in late 2022. An insider told Entertainment Tonight that the two "have had an up-and-down relationship."

"And although they aren't together right now, it doesn't mean it's over for good," the source said of their break.

They added, "Kylie and Travis live different lifestyles and that's been a big issue. With two kids, Kylie doesn't go out too much. Travis on the other hand lives a life of late nights in the studio and going out with friends."

However, the former couple still "love and respect each other."
