Kylie Jenner went out to lunch with a friend yesterday, where she was snapped by paparazzi looking particularly fresh-faced. Paps and many outlets commented on her no-makeup look. Jenner, who made her one billion dollar fortune running a cosmetics company among other things, is very rarely is seen without makeup. She took a photo with fans inside the restaurant (Sugarfish, for those looking for Jenner-approved eateries) though that showed her very fresh faced....and either wearing lash extensions or just mascara:

Jenner talked to Interview about how she never anticipated becoming so massively successful selling makeup. Of becoming the world's youngest billionaire, Jenner told the publication, "I never thought that this could happen. I believed in Kylie Cosmetics but I didn’t even know what I was getting myself into. It feels amazing, it’s wild, and being the youngest ever to do it is a blessing. I now want to focus on giving back to people and doing things that I’m passionate about."

She also defended her "self-made" billionaire status that others have questioned, given Jenner is part of the wealthy Kardashian family and has been starring on their reality TV show since she was a kid. "There’s really no other word to use other than self-made because that is the truth," she said. "That is the category that I fall under. Although, I am a special case because before I started Kylie Cosmetics, I had a huge platform and lots of fans. I did not get money from my parents past the age of 15. I used 100% of my own money to start the company, not a dime in my bank account is inherited… and I am very proud of that."
