The makeup mogul was spotted on a lunch-and-toy-shopping outing with four-year-old Stormi while wearing a leather mini dress with a fluffy white collar and cuffs. The flirty, fit-and-flare silhouette of her coat dress featured an asymmetrical zipper running down the front, as well as a fleece lining peeking out from under the micro-mini hem.

Kylie carried a small, structured purse made of black leather while out in Aspen, opting for slouchy boots made of a similar black leather that hit below her knees (just in case she has to trek through the snow, obvi). And last but not least, the mama of two donned the fluffy hat we've been seeing on celebs all winter long — including Addison Rae's fuzzy Barbiecore version, Kendall Jenner's fuzzy cowboy hat, and Megan Fox's feathery pink iteration.

You might be wondering how Kylie Jenner, Los Angeles native, was able to walk around in below-freezing temperatures wearing a dress that barely skims the top of her thighs. Her secret, we presume, is all in the accessories — the social media star layered up with a skin-tone turtleneck, warm leather gloves, and tall boots, as well as a pair of tights.
