Kylie Jenner Says She Didn’t Put Those Jordy Lip Kits on Sale as a Way to Diss Jordyn Woods
In a new interview, Kylie Jenner says that Kylie Cosmetics didn’t put the Jordy Lip Kit on sale to shade Jordyn Woods.
Kylie even says that she was “thrown back” when she heard about their being discounted.
Hello, good morning, and welcome to another day of So, what’s going on with the whole Tristan Thompson/Jordyn Woods situation now? After all, it *did* totally blow up the internet a couple weeks ago, so you know there is still going to be some aftershock.
Well, Jordyn is currently in London living her best life, Khloé Kardashian is still posting shade, and Tristan is doing who knows what. But Kylie Jenner is out here trying to clarify some of the things that happened during the peak of the scandal-namely, that she *didn’t* put Jordyn’s Jordy Lip Kit on sale to subtly dig at Jordyn or hint at how she was really feeling about the betrayal.
In an interview with The New York Times published yesterday, Kylie said she actually had no idea that the Jordyn lip kits were discounted in the first place and “she called an employee as soon as she heard.” Apparently, the real reason they were on sale was because Kylie Cosmetics switched from white to black packaging, and it had nothing to do with Tristan kissing Jordyn.
For the people who saw it as a diss to Jordyn, Kylie adds, “That is just not my character. I would never do something like that, and when I saw it, I was, like, thrown back. Jordyn knows I didn’t actually put it on sale.”
So while the fate of their friendship is still TBD, at least now we know that Jordyn and Kylie aren’t fighting over this whole lip kit situation. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
