Kylie Jenner has been pretty low-key on Instagram since the arrival of her baby boy a few weeks ago, but she hopped onto her Stories to open up about her postpartum experience, and the pressure many women feel to bounce back both emotionally and physically after pregnancy.

“I just want to say to my postpartum moms that postpartum has not been easy,” she said. “It’s very hard. It’s not easy, mentally, physically, spiritually, it’s just crazy. I didn’t want to just get back to life without saying that because … for other moms going through it right now, I think we can go on the internet and it might look a lot easier for other people and put the pressure on us, but it hasn’t been easy for me either. It’s been hard. I didn’t even think I’d make it to this workout today but I’m here and I’m feeling better. So, you’ve got this.”

“[It's] okay not to be okay,” she continued, concluding her video with, “I realized that I was putting some pressure on myself, and I just keep reminding myself I made a whole human, a beautiful healthy boy. We have to stop putting pressure on ourselves to be back, not even physically just mentally, after birth.”

Expect Kylie to talk more about her experience with motherhood (and her pregnancy with Wolf) during The Kardashians on Hulu. At least judging from the recently dropped trailer, which features Kylie dealing with paparazzi and telling the camera "my pregnancy is really public this time."

The Kardashians airs on April 14 (and yep, the show will dive into Kim Kardashian's relationship with Pete Davidson), which gives you approximately 4 weeks to steal your older sister's Hulu account.
