Kylie Jenner Reportedly Purchased Miley Cyrus's Former Property for $15 Million
Kylie Jenner might be moving. According to reports, after purchasing a $36.5 million mansion, the makeup mogul just bought a $15 million five-acre parcel of land that once belonged to Miley Cyrus. Niche!
On April 24, TMZ reported that Jenner purchased a massive home complete with four bathrooms, 20 parking spaces, and two guest apartments (come on in Stassi). She wasn't done with just this home, though, because weeks later on May 6, People reported that Jenner decided to scoop up some land in Hidden Hills where Miley Cyrus once kept horses.
According to insiders, someone purchased the land from Cyrus and knocked down the stables with the intention of building, which never happened. It's unclear what Jenner plans to do with the land, or if she purchased it alone.

Interestingly, the Cyrus and Jenner's history goes beyond property. Not only have the families known each other for a very long time, Cyrus recently dated Jenner's former sister-in-law Kaitlynn Carter. It's a small world in the rich and famous parts of Los Angeles, and that applies to social circles, love lives, and of course, super-expensive real estate.
