Kylie Jenner recently gave fans an inside look at her Los Angeles home in her “73 Questions” video for Vogue—and one particular part of the dwelling stands out more than the rest, to say the least: the landscaped pool atrium in the middle of the mansion.

About a minute into the video—which almost doubles as a home tour—we catch a glimpse of the luxurious hangout spot, which includes a bevy of lounge chairs and a swing set for Jenner’s three-year-old daughter, Stormi.

Jenner purchased the sprawling pad in April of last year, and it’s located in Holmby Hills, a Los Angeles neighborhood that has long been home to celebrities. It first hit the market in 2019 for $55 million, then, in February of 2020, the listing price was dropped to $49.5 million, and two months later, Jenner bought the dwelling for $36.5 million. Talk about a steal!

At 15,350 square feet, this seven-bedroom, 14-bathroom mansion (with two guest houses!) is the largest pad in Jenner’s vast real estate portfolio. Some amenities include an at-home movie theater, gym, chef’s kitchen, and an outdoor sports court that can be used for basketball or pickleball. Did we mention that the entrance features 12-feet-high stone gates?

And it just so happens that the person who sold this insane mansion to Jenner also sold her land near Palm Springs, where she’s building another property, according to TMZ.
