Kylie Jenner Made Her Halpern Mini Dress Strapless By the End of the Night

Kylie Jenner is a pro when it comes to rocking naked looks.

From her bright orange, and seriously expensive, Julien Macdonald dress, to her steamy S Moda magazine shoot, the billionaire isn't afraid to show some skin. So it's totally unsurprising that she rocked yet another naked dress when she attended her makeup artist's birthday party.

To celebrate Ariel Tejada's birthday, Kylie donned Halpern's square-neck graffiti-denim mini dress, which retailed for $1,880, but has since sold out. She carried a L'AFSHAR's Eva Crushed Ice bag, and wore her favorite Yeezy PVC wedges, which just so happen to be on sale right now.

Ariel was completely freaked out when he arrived at his surprise party, and was greeted by Kylie in her stunning Halpern look:

Ariel started crying when he read the adorable card Kylie gave him, and he couldn't contain his excitement when he opened his gift from the makeup mogul- an @xivkarats ring he'd been lusting after:

Kylie was also spotted dancing and posing with Desi Perkins, which gave a full-length view of her incredible dress:
