Kylie Jenner Kicked off Summer in White Lace-up Sailor Pants and Neon Green Stilettos

For those of us in the northern hemisphere, Memorial Day Weekend marks the unofficial start of summer — and, according to fashion lore, the official start of that small window of time before Labor Day in which wearing white is socially acceptable. While that fashion myth has (thankfully) been busted time and time again, leave it to Kylie Jenner to put her own spin on tradition with her latest ‘fit.

The make-up mogul/megastar/mom stepped out for a date night with boyfriend Travis Scott wearing a white-on-white outfit that is an absolute summer mood. Kylie paired a white curve-hugging t-shirt with crisp white lace-up wide-leg sailor pants by Australian brand I.AM.GIA, highlighting the look with a pair of fluorescent neon-green pumps by Balenciaga and a neutral-toned Hermès Birkin bag from her massive collection. Her hair was tied back into a long pony worthy of Ariana Grande, and her makeup? Kylie Cosmetics, natch — she captioned her second Instagram post of the look, "makeup by kylie ⚡️⚡️"

Summer whites? Check. A touch of highlighter-green? Check. A sleek pony? Check and check. All of these elements combined form the perfect summer storm, and we’re obsessed with Kylie’s take on pairing neutrals with of-the-moment neons. It’s a spot-on combo to celebrate the arrival of summer and rock well into the hazy days of August (and beyond).
