Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods Gave Fans a Preview of Their Makeup Collaboration

Best friends Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods have certainly had their share of memorable bestie moments. From matching hair to coordinating workout outfits, the pair are definitely friendship goals. And thanks to the latest Kylie Cosmetics release, the public can partake in just a bit of their status as besties.

Following the August news of an upcoming Kylie and Jordyn makeup collection, the duo shared the first look of their collab this weekend. Taking to her various social media accounts, Kylie confirmed that the Jordyn x Kylie collection would be released on September 21 at 3 p.m. PST.

In a number of posts to her Instagram Stories, Kylie shared a BTS look at the complete collection, which includes eyeshadow, highlighters, and lip products. As she explains in the video, the collection is an homage to their friendship, with the pair featured on packaging artwork. Kylie also revealed that the shadows of their new lip gloss colors were based on Jordyn's favorite colors. "I had so much working with my best friend on this," she said. "We wanted it to be very fall-inspired."

Included in the Friday launch is a new eyeshadow palette, with shadows coming in both shimmer and matte shades. The selected hues also give a nod to their friendship, with colors including a glistening pink called Wild Love, a sparkly gold named Loyal, and a dusty pink dubbed Ride or Die.

In addition to the eye shadow, Kylie also shared a peek of their joint highlighter palette, two new lip glosses, and a autumn-inspired lipstick shade. During the video, Kylie revealed that she was most excited for fans to try the new lip glosses AKA high gloss, noting that it was a brand-new formula.

Along with a peek of the products, Kylie got sentimental about how much the project means to her. In an Instagram pic of a photoshoot with Jordyn, Kylie expressed her excitement. " I wanted to come on here and let you know just how special this collection really is to me," she wrote. "Jordyn and I have had a true unmatchable relationship and I consider her family. She’s helped me remain ME throughout all these years, and this is the first time we have collaborated on such a project! It has been so much fun and I’ll cherish the memories forever! We’ve worked hard on this and hope you love it as much as we do!"

Jordyn also shared her appreciation for Kylie, writing, "Our collab is finally here after all of the changes we’ve made to it over the past couple of years lol and I couldn’t be more excited! Thank you being the most supportive friend and life partner!"

This latest launch from Kylie Cosmetics arrives after Kylie debuted 28 single eye shadows and announced the Holiday debut of Kylie Cosmetics in Ulta stores. There's no word on whether this collection might be shoppable at Ulta when her line arrives later this year, but the makeup mogul did previously confirm that her products would be in all Ulta stores across the US and online.
