Kylie Jenner Addresses Plastic Surgery Speculation In New Interview: ‘I’ve Never Touched My Face’

Kylie Jenner reiterated her stance on plastic surgery in a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal magazine. This comes after past speculation regarding the reality star’s appearance when she initially denied getting lip fillers at 16 years old.

Reflecting on her insecurities, the Kylie Cosmetics mogul, now 26, later admitted to her decision and expressed regret over not being honest about it from the beginning. As she memorably told Complex at the time: ” [My lips] have been an insecurity of mine all my life. I wish I had just been honest and upfront.”

Now, seven years later, the Khy founder is maintaining that lip fillers and breast augmentation are the “only” cosmetic procedures she’s ever undergone, denying others that she’s been accused of by social media users (including but not limited to buccal fat removal, a Brazilian butt lift, a nose job, eyelid surgery and more).

During her recent chat with WSJ, Jenner shared how motherhood has provided her with a fresh perspective on her life choices. Furthermore, she expressed how observing her 5-year-old daughter's natural beauty has caused her to regret the alterations she made to her own features in the past.

"My daughter has totally taught me a lot more about myself, and seeing myself in her has changed everything," Jenner told the outlet. "I’ve had so much growth and am just embracing natural beauty."

Jenner shares daughter Stormi and 1-year-old son Aire with her ex, Travis Scott (and the mom of two is currently linked to actor Timothée Chalamet).

She went on, telling the outlet: "I’m teaching [my daughter Stormi] about mistakes that I made and making sure she knows she’s just perfect exactly how she is." As for the "mistakes," Jenner referred to these as "surgery when I was younger."

Apart from lip fillers, Jenner said: "I’ve never touched my face, but just even getting my breasts done when I was 19 and getting pregnant soon after, not obviously planning to be pregnant at 19. And I was never insecure about myself."

She added: "I actually was always super confident and loved my body. I was just having fun. I was influenced by amazing boobs and was like, that’s what I wanted to do, and had fun with it."

The businesswoman then admitted: "I probably just should have waited until I maybe had kids or let my body just develop." She then stressed that she has found motherhood to be about "teaching our kids to do better than us, be better versions of who we were."

During an episode of the third season of The Kardashians, Jenner responded to the incessant and ongoing plastic surgery rumors circulating among social media users, which had persisted over time.

"One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false," she said, adding: "I’ve only gotten fillers."

Despite Jenner's insistence that she has only undergone two specific procedures, numerous social media users remain unconvinced and continue to speculate about potential additional procedures and surgeries every time she is in the public eye.
