The publication also reported that cops said Kyle was in a physical fight with a supervisor while working at Penske Truck Rental, at one point holding a "fixed blade."

Soon after, an update was added stating that Kyle doesn't work at Penske, but instead works at a company that holds office space near one of Penske's locations.

There is no further word yet on the situation.

Kyle has a history of dealing with mental illness and other struggles, with the 31-year-old opening up about a 2019 suicide attempt by telling his story on social media last December.

He said, "TW: I've never been very good at talking about my struggles but lately I see so many people hurting... so I'm sharing my story in hopes I can help just one person see there is another side to the pain."

Kyle went on, describing how he dealt with low self-worth and depression, was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder and put on various medications, and later developed drug issues and addiction.

"Today I am happier than I have ever been in my entire life. I know my worth. I do belong. I am wanted. I am needed. I am loved. And so are you. If you or someone you know is hurting I implore you to seek help. You are not alone," he continued.

He ended the message by sharing the Suicide Prevention Lifeline number, 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

At the time, many people supported Kyle's message, celebrating his bravery and honesty.

Kyle's recent arrest comes not long after Todd and Julie went to prison, with Todd serving 12 years and Julie serving 7 years.

The 31-year-old's relationship with his family has been rocky over the years, but around the time of the couple's sentencing, Kyle revealed that they had mended things.
