Sources say Kristin thought jay was "unmotivated" and "lazy" after he left the Chicago Bears.
Another day, another drama with Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari. The couple are currently going through the world's messiest divorce after ten years together, and now a source is out here telling Page Six that Kristin didn't think Jay was ambitious enough. As a reminder, Kristin and Jay married back in 2013 when he was a quarterback for the Chicago Bears.
“She was growing increasingly impatient with him. He was supposed to take this big job at Fox Sports and have a life after football that would get him up off the couch and do something,” the source says. “Instead, he backed out — this is [three] years ago — and joined the [Miami] Dolphins. That didn’t pan out well, and he was left with no TV gig until she got the show for them.”

Apparently, Kristin “views herself as very polished and put together, and [Cutler as] this lazy, unmotivated guy.”
Yikes. As a reminder, cheating allegations and "marital misconduct" claims have also peppered Kristin and Jay's divorce proceedings, though the couple were able to work out custody details, and will be sharing time with their three children while Kristin purchases a new house. Because yes, up until recently they were still living together.
