Kristen Stewart wore a winning gown to accept an award-winning honor at the 2022 Santa Barbara International Film Festival last night. As a surefire way to get noticed on the red carpet, Stewart, who accepted the American Riviera Award for her outstanding achievement in American film, traded in the traditional sequins, metallic embellishments, and high-shine fabrics for a completely sheer look that was just as attention-grabbing.

From the neck down, Stewart's black Chanel dress was completely see-through, save for a panel of tulle below her midsection. For an effortless touch of cool, Kristen rolled up her sleeves and paired the mesh gown with a black bra and matching pumps that were visible underneath.

For her glam, the actress went the full tilt, scraping her blonde hair back into a high ponytail with two thin strands left on each side of her face. She swiped on shimmering silver eyeshadow that was offset by black liner, and her pink lipstick matched her rosy flushed cheeks.

In addition to the American Riviera Award, Kristen also took home the honor for Best Actress for her portrayal of Princess Diana in the film Spencer at the annual Hollywood Critics Association Film Awards earlier this week. "I took more joy into my body doing this than anything…. It's been a long run, I f—king appreciate this, seriously," she told the audience during her acceptance speech. She added, "I could never have made this movie by myself, and that's every movie, but this one, really. I was so accompanied. This is so cool, I can't believe we get to do this."
