Kristen Bell Shares RV Workout Video With Husband Dax Shepard

The two are quite serious about their 'gainz'.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard don't let anything get in the way of a quick workout–venturing out on an RV road trip wasn't even enough for the two to skip out on their routine. 

The actress recently shared a time-lapsed video on Instagram of her and her husband exercising outside, under the shade of their RV canopy. For those of you wondering, yes, the two are still on their annual family road trip. 

And if you thought this adventurous celebrity couple would opt for a more relaxing workout, like yoga, you'd be incorrect. The two came prepared for a rather intense day of strength training. 

Bell and Shepard brought their high energy and weights, repurposed some camping equipment, and threw on what looked to be a pair of matching short shorts before getting right into the sweaty stuff. 

"RV gainz!!" Bell captioned the post.

In the video, the duo entertained a vigorous full-body workout while "Gainz" by Kevin Ray played in the background. 

The two initially switched off while sharing two sets of both barbells and dumbbells–but then they got creative. 

The 42-year-old actress could be seen using a camping chair to support her single lunges (a genius move if you ask us). And a little later on, Shepard invited his wife to sit on his shoulder while he effortlessly completed a round of what one follower called "wife squats."

This isn't the first time the two clued followers in their on-the-road workouts. 

Just last week, Bell shared a video using the same audio; except this time, her 47-year-old husband was exercising while behind the wheel of the RV (maybe, not something we'd recommend). 

"Gainz never sleep," she joked in the caption.
