The 'Frozen' actress was pregnant with her first child, Lincoln, a decade ago.

Kristen Bell has a big, happy family with her husband, Dax Shepard, and their two daughters, Lincoln, 9, and Delta, 7, and the Frozen actress is looking back on where it all started 10 years ago, when she was pregnant with Lincoln.

Reminiscing, Bell shared a photo of herself very pregnant with her first daughter, featuring two familiar friends.

Captioned "10 years ago today," the photo shows a younger Bell with her belly on display, as friends and fellow actors Justin Long and Ben Schwartz touch her stomach and smile at the camera.

Long and Bell have known each other for quite some time, starring in the 2009 movie Serious Moonlight together, while Schwartz and Bell have appeared in a couple of projects together.

Many people will recognize Schwartz as Jean-Ralphio in Parks and Recreation, in which Bell appeared in a few episodes as Ingrid de Forest. But the two also costarred in House of Lies, the Showtime dramedy series starring Don Cheadle.

Clearly, they all remained close, celebrating Bell's first pregnancy in 2013.

Both Long and Schwartz commented on Bell's post, with the former writing, "#RealProudFakeDad ❤️." Schwartz simply replied with three red heart emojis.

Sarah Hyland also came by to comment, saying, "Oh wow. This is taking me back 😅." While Hyland and Bell haven't co-starred on screen, the two starred in the musical Hair performed at the Hollywood Bowl in 2014, when Bell was in the early stages of her pregnancy with her second daughter.

While many people appreciated seeing the sweet throwback photo, a lot of fans also joked around in the comments, with one commenting, "What episode of parks and rec is this?"

"Would Ingrid de Forest really associate with Jean Ralphio?" questioned another.

While Bell and Shepard generally keep their children off of social media, Bell still loves to share bits of her life with her followers, like this major throwback.

Most recently, she took fans along while she did the "cold plunging" trend, going into her cold pool early in the morning for a short period of time, which can reportedly increase your dopamine levels and make you feel more energized.
