Krispy Kreme Unveils New Churro-Inspired Donuts
Krispy Kreme has really outdone themselves with their newest collection of donuts.
On their own, churros and donuts are supremely delicious, but Krispy Kreme has just upped the ante by combining the two treats into a new creation that's almost too good for this world.
Available beginning this week, Krispy Kreme's first-ever ChurrDough Collection combines the irresistible cinnamon-and-sugar flavor of churros with the signature taste of Krispy Kreme's selection of doughnuts.
Among the churro-inspired doughnuts in the limited-time collection are Cinnamon Sugar Churrdough, Cookies & Kreme Churrdough, and Dulce De Leche Churrdough. Dedicated churro lovers are sure to gravitate towards the Cinnamon Sugar Churrdough, which comes tossed in cinnamon sugar and topped with swirls of cinnamon Kreme and salted caramel crunch pieces.
"If you love classic churros or our Original Glazed® Doughnuts, you’re going to love this light and airy, cinnamon-y, caramel-y, creamy, sugary goodness we’ve created,” said Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme, in a statement.
Feeling thirsty? Krispy Kreme's ChurrDough Collection is sure to pair well with the seasonal beverages now available on the chain's fall menu. Among the sips this season are the Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee, and the Frozen Pumpkin Spice Latte.
If you're eager to sample your way through the ChurrDough Collection, be sure to head to your local Krispy Kreme ASAP because the trio of doughnuts will only be available until September 18.
