Krispy Kreme Is Giving Away Free Doughnuts For Losing Lottery Tickets
Break out the four-leaf clovers and your lucky rabbit's foot because it's going to take a lot of luck to win the estimated $1 billion Mega Millions jackpot this week. But if luck isn't quite on your side, we're happy to share that there's an even sweeter way to win.
To ensure that everyone's a winner, Krispy Kreme just announced that they're offering all guests a free Original Glazed Doughnut when they show a lottery ticket in shops Tuesday and Wednesday.
The deal is available at all Krispy Kreme shops nationwide and is limited to one doughnut per person. But if you actually win the Mega Millions, you can obviously buy plenty (as in, millions) more doughnuts with your earnings.
"Tuesday’s $1 billion lottery drawing reminds us that we definitely hit the lottery when it comes to our fans. There’s probably a billion reasons we love them so much. So, this week we want them all to win some 'dough,'" read an announcement from Krispy Kreme.
If you're hoping to make the most of your trip to Krispy Kreme when you snag your free doughnut, the shop has just released a handful of limited edition menu items.
If you're feeling thirsty, there's the Watermelon Chiller, a refreshing drink made with real watermelon. The shop has also released a handful of new doughnuts in collaboration with M&M's, including one doughnut that's filled with the candy pieces.
