Kourtney and Travis Just Spent a Fortune on Conan O’Brien’s Beach House

Looks like Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are finally moving in together! Architectural Digest, Dirt, and Us Weekly reported that the couple purchased Conan O’Brien’s beach house in Carpinteria, California, for $14.5 million. Apparently, the house has two bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a soundproofed balcony and a Tesla charging station—because of course.

Kravis’s purchase comes after Kourtney opened up about why they don’t live together during an appearance on the Not Skinny but Not Fat podcast, saying, “I think we’re in the place where we’re figuring out how to blend our households and our kids.” She also said they see each other constantly: “When the kids are at their dad’s house, I stay at his house and there’s still nights when we’ll stay at each other’s houses in between. I get up at 6 in the morning and I carpool every morning and then I go straight to his house and have matcha. He has it ready for me.”

Kourtney and Travis are currently neighbors—meaning they kinda have an ideal situation where they see each other all the time but don’t have to disrupt their kids’ routines. That said, she and Travis do plan to move their families into one big home soon. “There will be [a new home],” Kourtney said. “We want our kids to also feel really comfortable and they have both lived in their homes their whole lives, for the most part, and they each have their rooms. And we are a block away.”

Considering this beach house is just two bedrooms, sounds like it’s a romantic getaway for Kourtney and Travis versus a new home for their blended family. Either way, their routine sounds pretty ideal at the moment! As Kourtney put it, “We have, like, a thing and he comes over every night no matter what. He comes over here and kisses me whether it’s midnight and he is getting back from the studio or whatever.”
