Kourtney Kardashian Reveals Mason Already Has a “Whole Skin-Care Routine”
It's no secret that the Kardashians are strong supporters of a thorough skin-care regimen. But apparently, Kourtney Kardashian taking that to a whole new level, ensuring that her children's baby faces never go away by starting them on a skin-care routine much earlier than most of us even know what a moisturizer is.
In a video with Harper's Bazaar, Kardashian documented her daily night-time skin-care routine, sharing that her children have already taken an interest in it as well. She states that she's been teaching her three children — 10-year-old Mason, 7-year-old Penelope, and even 5-year old Reign — about both skin care and self-care. And Mason, in particular, has taken those lessons to heart.
“Mason, even, I just went through a whole skincare routine with him,” Kardashian said. “We started, we did a mask, we did everything, we wrote down all the steps and we put it in his drawer in his bathroom and he loves to do it and feel like he’s taking care of his skin.”
He might only be 10, but it looks like Mason already has a better skin-care routine than most of us. Kardashian attributes her desire to help her children with this to her mom, Kris Jenner, who did similar for her and her sister. "My mom has always instilled in us self-care and taking care of ourselves. [She's] always taught us, from young kids, when you get out of the shower, you put on lotion. She taught us how to shave our legs,” Kardashian says in the video.
The video goes on to show Kardashian's eight-step skin-care routine, from start to finish. While Mason might seem a bit young to have a solid skin-care regimen, it appears he loves being able to do it with his mom while she goes through hers every night. After all, when your mom is suddenly the queen of Poosh, what else would you expect?
