Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have officially welcomed their first child!

Sources confirmed to People on Saturday, Nov. 4, that Kardashian gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Barker previously revealed he liked the name Rocky 13, although he and Kardashian have not yet confirmed the moniker.

“Kourtney is over the moon about her son’s arrival," a source further told the publication on Nov. 5. "Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end."

They added: "She is happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now. She feels so blessed."

The newborn is Kardashian's fourth child, as she previously welcomed children Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8, with ex Scott Disick, 40. Barker is also already a dad, as he is a father to son Landon, 20, daughter Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

The new parents first announced they were expecting at the start of summer, with Kardashian, 44, publicly revealing she was pregnant during her husband's Blink-182 concert in June 2023. At the time, the reality TV star held up a sign in the crowd that read, "Travis I'm Pregnant," later planting a kiss on the famed drummer, 47.

This news came about a year after she married Barker, 47, in a lavish ceremony in Italy. The A-list couple also held two other wedding ceremonies—a legally non-binding celebration in Las Vegas and another intimate ceremony at the Santa Barbara courthouse.

In the months following their nuptials, Kardashian and Barker detailed their struggle to conceive, even documenting their IVF journey on Kardashian's Hulu docu-series.

The couple's openness didn't end with their exciting pregnancy news, as Kardashian continued to keep followers looped in every step of the way, sharing regular clues on social media.

Months ago, fans on Instagram got a first look at Kardashian's maternity shoot photos, the baby's gender reveal and, of course, lots of bump updates.
