'Kosher Guru' discusses delicious side of Jewish history during Palm Beach event

Food lovers turned out on Jan. 30 for The Chabad House Palm Beach Torah Institute's 'The Delicious Side of Jewish History" event featuring "Kosher Guru" Gabriel Boxer.

The event at The Colony Hotel featured a multicourse meal composed of kosher dishes from various eras and regions, with Boxer explaining how the Jewish diaspora infused their traditional recipes with regionally available ingredients to prepare meals that comply with dietary laws.

Begun in 2015, Kosher Guru is both the social media moniker and platform launched by Boxer to bring “kosher to the masses in a fun, educational, and delightful manner filled with entertainment.”

In addition to leading events, Boxer’s brand also offers free kosher recipes and a directory where users can look up kosher restaurants in their areas.
