Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes' wife Brittany Mahomes is a star in her own right. She's one of Taylor Swift's newest squad members and the latest 2024 SI Swimsuit Issue rookie to be revealed.

Who is Patrick Mahomes' wife Brittany Mahomes?

Aside from being Mahomes' wife, the former University of Texas-Tyler soccer player played professionally at UMF Afturelding in Iceland. On her website, she says by the end of her first season on the field, she realized being in the gym felt more at home. “Playing sports my whole life got me into fitness and playing in college taught me about strength training, wellness and maintaining peak fitness to perform at an elite level.”

How did Brittany Mahomes and Patrick Mahomes meet?
Patrick Mahomes and the former Brittany Matthews have been together for almost 12 years and are still going strong. The Matthews-Mahomes love story began at Whitehouse High School in Texas. They even went to the prom together!
The couple celebrated their 10th dating anniversary on March 31, 2022, so their first date was likely March 31, 2012. Aw!

What does Brittany Mahomes do?
Brittany Mahomes has a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and used that experience to get certified to help others reach their fitness goals. "A woman can be any weight and still be healthy. She can be at any weight and still be happy. She can be at any weight and working on herself to become a healthy person," Brittany said.
Brittany regularly posts workout videos on Instagram, sharing tips and tricks about staying fit. In an Instagram video, she explained finding her passion. "I found that my passion was in fitness and helping others," the former pro soccer player explained. This led her to create Brittany Lynne Fitness, an at-home workout program. She runs her fitness program from Kansas City. She is also a Balance Elite Leader for the clothing line Balance Athletica.

Brittany Mahomes and Patrick Mahomes announced their first pregnancy right after they got engaged.
Just after their engagement, the couple announced they were having a baby girl, their first child together.
"Mom & Dad, taking a small detour to the wedding❤️," she wrote in a celebratory social media post alongside two photos with her fiancé, in which she held up a sonogram as Mahomes hugged her belly.

Brittany Mahomes is an owner of a pro soccer team.
Patrick Mahomes isn’t the only one that’s part owner of a sports team; Brittany is now the minority owner of a pro women’s soccer franchise for Kansas City. "I have a true level of appreciation for what these incredible women do on a daily basis,” Brittany said in a statement as reported by USA Today. "We have the greatest fans and community here in KC and I can’t wait to huddle around this team." The ownership group will be responsible for player rights, draft picks and other assets.

Patrick Mahomes' wife is an animal-lover.
Brittany is a proud dog mom to Silver and Steel, a pit bull and cane corso. Of course, they have their own Instagram page with a built-in following. They're adorable (and have metallic-themed names like their human siblings—Silver and Steel).

The Mahomes have two children.
The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter, on Feb. 20, 2021. They shared the news on social media, revealing the baby's name is Sterling Skye Mahomes.
The couple welcomed their second child, son Patrick "Bronze" Lavon Mahomes III, on Nov. 28, 2022.
