Beatrice and Eugenie are only a year a part in age and have retained a close relationship throughout the years.

Eugenie spoke with British Vogue about the importance of the two sisters showcasing their independence and normal upbringing for the world. "We want to show people who we are as working, young, royal women, but also not to be afraid of putting ourselves out there," she said in an interview.

Fun fact about Eugenie: The princess photographed Beatrice's engagement photos shared on Instagram last year.

She married Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in a secret ceremony in Windsor this year.

On July 17, Beatrice married her fiancé, multimillionaire property tycoon Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in a scaled-down ceremony at All Saints Chapel in Windsor Great Park. The couple were originally set to wed at The Chapel Royal, St James’s Palace, and hold a lavish reception in the Buckingham Palace Gardens back in May, but the pair had to revamp their wedding plans due to the coronavirus pandemic that struck in spring.

Beatrice is actually not a working royal.

Though Beatrice does volunteer and attend royal engagements alongside other members of the royal family, she and Eugenie are not part of the Sovereign Grant, meaning they do not receive any compensation from the Crown for carrying out royal duties. Both sisters have jobs instead. Beatrice is understood to be the vice president of partnerships and strategy at Afiniti, a New York City–based artificial intelligence company.
