What you need to know about the Acadiana Po-Boy Festival

SCOTT, La. (KLFY) – The Acadiana Po-Boy Festival is Saturday and promises to be bigger and better than ever. It’s being held at West Village in Scott from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

At the heart of the Festival is the iconic po-boy. This beloved Louisiana sandwich will be served a lot of different ways. From classic shrimp and roast beef to creative and modern twists, there’s something to satisfy every palate.

The festival is not just about food, but will feature vendors, entertainment and activities for all ages. The event is free and is family-friendly.
