Kith Women and Sailor Moon Are Launching a Collaboration

Update on April 15.

The Kith Women Instagram account has announced its upcoming collaboration with Sailor Moon is to celebrate the series' 25th anniversary in the United States. For the occasion, the brand reimagined a few of its graphic sweatshirts, which will be releasing this Friday, April 17, only on KithWomen.com.

Hypebeasts and anime enthusiasts get ready to line up because Sailor Moon is most likely getting the streetwear treatment courtesy of Kith Women.

On April 13, the Kith Women Instagram account posted an image of the Sailor Moon crew wearing head-to-toe Kith gear with a short and ominous caption: "Coming Soon." In the pic, Sailor Moon is front and center wearing a hot pink blazer (is she a Jacquemus girl?) and Kith's signature logo bike shorts. Sailor Neptune is wearing a baby blue Kith mock neck mini dress that we wouldn't mind copping, and Sailor Venus styles her hoodie with a pair of classic cargo pants and her signature bow. We could write a whole fanfiction just about this Instagram post alone.

No other details were spared by Kith about the upcoming collaboration but the anime dream team has been making their rounds with a few collaborations of their own as of late. In February, ColourPop released a Sailor Moon makeup collection with a palette, gel glitters, and lip glosses to help you embrace your inner galaxy guardian. Uniqlo also debuted a line of Sailor Moon tees last July and Skechers released a line of sneakers exclusive in Singapore (that we're still hoping will make it across the pond to U.S. soon!)

Sailor Moon has already teamed up with a variety of brands with success and a revived love for the heroic anime character, the Kith x Sailor Moon collaboration will be just another step to world domination. We're already brainstorming and dreaming about what this collection might be. A Kith x Sailor Moon logo? Crescent Moon Wand inspired sneakers? A tribute to Luna in the form of an oversized hoodie? Sailor Mars stickers? The options seem endless and we will definitely be on the lookout!
