These New KitchenAid Stand Mixer Bowls Are About To Be THE Cooking Accessory Of Spring
As if KitchenAid's color selection of stand mixers wasn't cute enough, the brand has created new five-quart ceramic bowls in colorful, fun patterns that are perfect for spring. It's time to break out your stand mixer that you swore off after Christmas-cookie season, open the windows, and get baking again with these insanely fun bowls.
The new designs' names are half of what make them so great. There's Confetti Sprinkle, Parasol, Scandi Floral, Whispering Floral, and White Mermaid Lace. According to a press release, the Parasol is "inspired by worldly travels" with its "traditional Japanese parasol umbrella" and "Scandinavian floral designs."
Scandi Floral has a hand-painted look with Scandinavian floral designs. The Confetti Sprinkle bowl is my personal favorite-it's super playful and fun (as baking should be).
Whispering Floral has a more sophisticated design, with a subtle gray floral graphic.
Each of the bowls are microwave-, oven-, and freezer-safe, so they are as multi-functional as they are pretty. Per the press release, the new designs are also made from dishwasher-safe ceramic, making them super easy to clean. They're built with titanium-enforced ceramic, which helps keep the bowls from chipping, cracking, and staining.
The bowls start at $85 and go up to $95. You'll be able to get your own by spring or summer, according to KitchenAid.
