I'm going to put my dad apron on for a minute to talk to you about something important. If you want to be a better baker, you have to start using a kitchen scale.

But I level my tablespoon of baking soda with the back of a knife? That's really good. I'm proud of you. But I pack my brown sugar down to fit in the measuring cup… You sure do. Way to go.

I use my Ozeri scale every day. It helps me accurately measure flour for cookies and make sure my meatballs for dinner are all roughly the same size. The digital display is easy to read, even when I've got a large mixing bowl on the platform.

The Ozeri scale has five different measurement options: grams, pounds, pounds in ounces, ounces, and milliliters. You can toggle between them to convert measurements too.
